Many school halls are now providing access for the Hearing Impaired
2016 celebrated the retro fit of many Audio Hearing Loops in both regional and metro school halls. In the second half of the year Printacall designed and installed hearing loops in Orange High school’s Performing Arts Centre and Multipurpose Hall.
We also congratulate Eastwood Heights public school, Roseville public school, Busby public school and Chertsey Public School for choosing to retro fit hearing loops into their main halls, benefiting hearing impaired students and parents alike.

When seated within the looped area the HI individual simply turns on their T switch, on their aid/s or cochlear implant/s, and the sound transmitted through the school PA is delivered directly into their aid, overcoming issues such as reverberation and distance. The looped halls allow students to sit and hear comfortably without having to wear additional equipment to assist their listening. Well done to all those schools seeking to level the listening bar for their students.
